There are several ways you can get a cast of your teeth.

Your Dentist. If you have a good relationship with your dentist, they may be willing to cast your teeth in the surgery and produce a stone plaster reproduction.
Ask them to produce both upper and lower casts and also a bite index (this shows how your teeth fit together)

A DIY kit. we are able to send a kit which allows you to quickly and easily produce your own casts at home. Full instructions and a return envelope will be sent with the kit

A Personal Casting. If you live local to Birmingham UK, it may be possible for us to arrange a suitable day / time to produce a professional cast of your teeth. This takes about an hour, and depending on our availability, can be done either here or at your home.
